After a slow 1st quarter the sales volume of properties in Whistler has been steadily increasing. Overall the average sales price of Whistler homes, condominiums and land has had a downward adjustment of 10-20% from the recent high levels of 2007 – early 2008. Many sellers are willing to negotiate on their asking price and we are currently seeing some of the best deals on property in recent years.
It’s a great time to be a property buyer in Whistler with the current competitive pricing, historically low interest rates and the 2010 Olympics just on the horizon.
