Whistler Property Sales Update
Whistler has experienced a strong increase in sales volume for June & July and we continue to have a high level of enquiries and showings of properties. The difference this summer from previous years is that most buyers are willing to wait and find the best deal. This attitude has sent a clear message to the sellers that the buyers aren’t willing to pay the next highest price for a property as they are willing to wait for what they perceive is the best value. Our expectation is for a continuation of higher sales volume throughout the remainder of 2009 with property values holding at the current level.
