Sorry I didn’t reply sooner – your comment was sent to the spam file and I just found it now. To answer your question regarding prices we had a correction earlier in the year like most places and while our sales have been very consistent over the last 2 months the prices have remained at the lower levels for the most part. That is what is spurring on our current sales as many of the current values are at levels we haven’t seen since early 2002. The buyers that understand this are getting great deals.

I’m sure the upcoming olympics will continue to spur growth in the area. The world needs a bit of championing right now.
We are just in the recovery mode from earlier this year but things are starting to move and the buyers that are writing offers are getting great prices as we haven’t had much upward pressure yet. Whistler Mountain opened today with 100cm base and everyone is getting excited about the upcoming season and the Olympics.
